A number of martyrs and wounded were injured today, Sunday, when a missile fell on a crowded gathering in the city of Suqaylabiyah in the Hama countryside in Syria.
The Syrian news agency “SANA” reported that terrorist elements targeted a religious celebration on the occasion of the opening of a new church called Aya Sophia in the city, which led to the martyrdom of the martyrs.
“Sputnik” agency reported at dawn today, Sunday, that the sounds of huge explosions resounded within the areas controlled by the Turkish army and the “Turkmen” factions under its control in Syria, as a result of bombing carried out by unknown aircraft.
The agency, quoting local sources in Hasaka countryside, reported that a number of missiles were launched by warplanes targeting the sites of the “Turkmen” factions under the control of the Turkish army in the villages of Mahmudiya, Aniq al-Hawa and al-Jammu in the countryside of Tal Tamr and Ras al-Ain, which are under the influence of the Turkish army, northwest of al-Hasakah Governorate.
The sources indicated that preliminary information indicates that military headquarters of the so-called “Hamza Division” and “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” loyal to Turkey were targeted.
