“Everything he owns”… Singer Ali Al Deek bemoans the evaporation of his wealth in Lebanon’s banks

Singer Ali Al-Deek revealed that a large part of his money was lost in Lebanese banks due to the economic crisis that afflicted Lebanon during the past two years.
This came during Ali Al Deek’s participation a few days ago in the “Let’s Forget” program shown on the Lebanese MTV channel.
In response to a question about the value of his money held in Lebanese banks, Al-Deek said that the number is large and from a while he had to lose $4 million in return for collecting one million.
Al-Deek refused to reveal the total of his frozen funds in Lebanese banks, describing these funds as “all that he owns.” He also confirmed that the banks took imaginary sums and seized his money like other artists and citizens.
He said, “There is no halal money that will disappear,” expressing his belief that the money will return one day, and that Lebanon is going through exceptional circumstances and must end.
In March of last year, Al-Deek said that he transferred the amount of one million and 300 thousand dollars to the Syrian pound to support it. He also admitted that he owns 4 million dollars in Lebanon’s banks, but he cannot move it due to the Lebanon crisis, and indicated that he owns real estate in Syria, Lebanon and Dubai.
