A military expert says the situation in Daraa is complicated, but the Syrian state has taken its final decision

Military
Military expert Kamal al-Jafa confirmed in exclusive statements to “Hashtag” that the decision of the Syrian state and army is clear and there is no turning back from it, and preparations have been completed and plans have been made to resolve the Daraa file once and for all.
The military expert described the situation in Daraa governorate as complex, noting that “no positive signals are emerging from the scenes of the meetings that are taking place under Russian auspices to end the Daraa file,” and at the same time expected the release of prisoners and abductees from the army and allied forces today or soon.
Regarding what happened during the past two days, the military expert said, “Unfortunately, there are coordinated attacks on all the checkpoints deployed in the eastern, northern and southern countryside of Daraa. The southern regions and a large number of them played a role in betraying and attacking his colleagues, and there are a large number of common barriers with some local factions that did not want to engage in battles with some of the groups that attacked them and that were working with and coordinating with them during the previous years.
On the issue of prisoners captured by armed groups, al-Jafa clarified that these cannot be considered prisoners of armed groups because a large part of them were released this evening, and this indicates that the scene is complex and overlapping, and not everything published by some opposition pages is accurate or true.
Al-Jafa revealed that most of those kidnapped will be released in the coming hours because the Syrian army command also has some prisoners from these groups, and negotiations are underway.
To release them, by means of a Russian.
Regarding the validity of the accusations made by the representative of Daraa, Khaled Al-Aboud, to the Eighth Brigade of the Fifth Corps, which operates under the command of the Russians, that they are the ones targeting the army’s checkpoints and points, Al-Jafa confirmed this, explaining that a large number of the fighters of this brigade had already attacked the army’s checkpoints and a large part of these are on fellows with them in the same location and barrier.
Consequently, there is betrayal, lack of loyalty and disrespect for military values, morals and customs from some elements of reconciliation, and some of them even attacked military units whose mission is technical or logistical, and charged with the tasks of protecting and securing the borders with the Zionist entity, pointing out that the members of this brigade play a role in fueling the conflict in the south Syrian.
With regard to the international road linking Syria and Jordan through Daraa, Al-Jafa said that the international road has been cut off since yesterday evening, and the transit movement has completely stopped on the highway (Damascus – Daraa – Nassib crossing – the border) despite Jordan’s announcement to allow the entire crossing to work between the two countries and to reopen Operating the international transit line between Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
The military expert concluded his speech with estimates of the results of the battles so far, as the number of dead armed coordinators exceeded 20 militants, while the number of Syrian army martyrs does not exceed the fingers of one hand, and the number of wounded is double.
Al-Jafa expects that “as soon as the army enters any area and militarily resolves it, there will be large-scale surrenders of large numbers of these militants and their families, because they are certain that the battle for them is political and military suicide and a loss for everything.
