An official in the Belarusian “Petro Service” company revealed that positive results were achieved during the exploration of two oil fields in central Syria.
Whereas, the technical director of the Belarusian “Petro Service” company, Dmitry Drachov, said that the aspects of cooperation between the Syrian and Belarusian sides are steadily increasing.
Drachov added in a statement to “Sputnik” on the sidelines of the oil and gas exhibition that is being held in Damascus: “We have achieved important results in Syria and we are happy to participate in this exhibition, where we presented new devices and methods invented by our company, which are technologies that do not exist in the world.”
And he added: “We conducted a survey at the Zamlat al-Mahr and Sharifa sites in the eastern countryside of Homs in the center of the country, and we obtained positive results that we will put in the hands of the Syrian Oil Ministry,” expressing his hope for “future cooperation according to these results.”
The Belarusian Petro Service company is concerned with oil exploration and hydrocarbon exploration in a new innovative way. The exploration was completed days ago in the Palmyra region, east of Homs, and the results of the exploration will be handed over to the Syrian Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources.
The second international exhibition of oil, gas and mineral wealth “Serpetro 2021” witnessed a remarkable international presence, with the participation of about 70 Arab and foreign companies specialized in the oil and gas sector, as well as visitors and interested people from many parts of the world.
