Two young men were killed and four others were wounded on Friday evening, April 16th, in the eastern countryside of Raqqa, as a result of shooting at them by a patrol of the “Syrian Democratic Forces” (SDF).
Local sources said that the two young men, Saleh al-Ali and Maher al-Thalji, were killed yesterday evening, Friday, by “SDF” bullets in the village of “Jadidat Kiht”, east of Raqqa, due to their violation of the total curfew imposed by the “SDF” on the region to prevent spreading
Corona virus “Covid19″.
The source added that the people of the village, with the support of the residents of the surrounding villages, attacked the headquarters of the “SDF” and blocked public roads with burning tires, which led “SDF” to lose control of the village, which prompted it to bring in huge military reinforcements from its camps in the countryside of Raqqa. In order to counter the protest movement that erupted after killing of two young men, during which the people called for revenge against the killers and the expulsion of the militants from the area.
The so-called “Autonomous Administration” had issued a decision in the past few days to impose a curfew, to confront the spread of the Corona virus, for a period of 10 days.
“SDF” kills violators of the curfew by firing bullets!
