The premium category up to the third category is excluded from the subsidy, and the fourth category commercial register holders are considered to be covered by the subsidy.
The family is not excluded from the support system if one of its members other than the head of the family has a commercial registry, and the exclusion from the support is limited to him individually.
The exclusion from the support does not include the general managers of public companies registered with the Companies Department in the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection due to obtaining a commercial registration for the company in their name.
The Council of Ministers said that the exclusion decision does not include owners of public cars operating on diesel in all its forms, regardless of their number.
Emphasizing that the decision to exclude from the subsidy includes the owners of the exchanges in the industrial cities, whether their facilities are productive or under construction.
Maintaining the support for the joint agricultural operators on the tension of “0.4 KVA” with a capacity of 100 KVA or less for only one transfer center that is used exclusively for the purposes of irrigating agricultural lands.
