The Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers calls for investment in Syria

The head of the Union of Arab Engineers, Ahmed Samara Al-Zoubi, told “Hashtag” that the Union of Arab Engineers is working to urge all Arab investment companies to invest in Syria and rebuild the infrastructure that was destroyed by the terrorist war against it.

Al-Zoubi pointed out the readiness to provide support to Syria, by placing all the capabilities of Arab engineers at the disposal of the Syrian Engineers Syndicate for the next phase of construction and reconstruction.
He described this stage as the starting stage after the great victory achieved by the Syrian state over the terrorists and the great conspiracy against which Syria was exposed.
Exchange of experiences
Al-Zoubi pointed to the importance of continuing to hold engineering workshops and conferences in all Arab countries and in partnership with the Syrian Engineers Syndicate to exchange experiences, training and qualification.

The Captain of Egypt’s Engineers, Tarek Al-Nabawy, told “Hashtag” that the relationship between the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers and the Syrian Syndicate has been extended for a long time, and there is communication between the two sides.
continuous cooperation
Al-Nabrawi pointed out that cooperation is continuing between the Syrian and Egyptian Syndicates of Engineers, and a joint dialogue is taking place to sign agreements between the two sides, and that the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers opens its doors to any Syrian engineer, and the Syrian Engineers Syndicate also exchanges them in the same way for every Egyptian engineer.

It is noteworthy that the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers was the first to contribute to breaking the siege imposed on the Syrian state, in 2017, through its participation during the expanded conference between the two unions.

It is noteworthy that both the President of the Federation of Arab Engineers and the Syndicate of Engineers in Egypt were among the recent participants in the 44th General Conference of the Engineers Syndicate, which was held over two days in Syria. The Syrian Prime Minister and a number of ministers attended during the second day of its meeting.
Engineers issues
During the conference, many issues of concern to engineers were raised, most notably the regulation of the profession of information and medical engineering and the need to raise the value of the old-age and death benefit, increasing the loan fund ceiling, in addition to extending the exemption from delay fines for union fees for the years 2020 and 2021 and supporting the union’s investment projects.
