A source close to Durov confirmed that the latter obtained Emirati citizenship in February 2021, pointing out that he uses the Emirati and French passports for travel and business trips, and that the Saint Kitts and Nevis passport was appropriate only in the first years after his emigration from Russia, according to For the American magazine “Forbes”.
The source revealed that “Durov” has not traveled to Russia and has not owned any assets in this country for eight years, and that “Telegram” does not have offices or employees in Russia, indicating that the number of users from Russia does not exceed 8%, and that Durov’s passport.
