Today, Tuesday, the American forces launched a heat balloon over the countryside of Al-Hasakah, northeastern Syria, to carry out espionage work to secure their bases.
And local sources from the Yarubiyah countryside in Al-Hasakah reported that the US forces are seeking to secure the military convoys that they use to strengthen their bases and steal Syrian wealth, according to SANA news agency.

The sources stated that the American forces launched the heat balloon on a circular path, starting from the Kharab Al-Jeer area, which includes an American base.
The sources indicated that the airship was seen moving in a circular motion from north to west, then heading south and back to the military airport in Kharab al-Jir again.
escalation of attacks
The sources pointed out that the US forces’ expansion of their activities and espionage tools came after the escalation of missile attacks targeting its bases in eastern Syria.
The local sources considered that this comes to increase tension in the region and establish a state of instability in it, in coordination between the US forces and the associated Syrian Democratic Forces.
Explosions in northern Syria
Earlier, the Russian “Sputnik” agency reported that violent explosions rocked the US army base, in the Jabsa oil fields in eastern Syria.
The agency quoted informed sources as saying that “strong explosions were heard in the northern and western countryside of the Al-Shaddadi oil city, which includes the largest US bases in Al-Hasakah.”
The sources indicated that this coincided with intense flight of warplanes and helicopters of the international coalition, which took off from its base in Al-Shaddadi, with flares thrown after information that the base was subjected to missile strikes.
