Violent explosions rocked the south of the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, at dawn on Monday.
The Yemeni news agency, Khabar, quoted a military source as saying that the explosion was caused by a missile that the Houthis failed to launch from the Al-Hafa camp, south of Sanaa.
While another source stated that two explosions were heard in the Al-Hafa camp, suggesting that the missile explosion spread to other explosives.
The Houthis imposed a security cordon on the vicinity of Al-Hafa camp, south of Sanaa, and prevented approaching it in conjunction with the arrival of ambulances.
This comes in light of the continuation of the UN armistice, which was renewed last Tuesday, for a period of two months.
The concerned authorities in Yemen renewed the armistice for a two-month period that was under the auspices of the United Nations, and took place for the first time in April, and the United Nations is seeking an extended and expanded agreement.
