A member of the Parliament “questions” the government and calls on its president to consider resigning

A member of the Parliament called on Prime Minister Hussein Arnous to consider submitting his resignation during the Parliament session, which was held yesterday, Sunday, in the presence of the Prime Minister and some ministers in the government. A member of the Parliament, Nasser Al-Nasser, wrote on his Facebook page what he said was his intervention in the Parliament, in which he said, “The people suffer from hunger, poverty, and injustice, and I am also staving, as a citizen, before being a member of the Parliament. ” Al-Nasser addressed the Prime Minister during his intervention, asking him: “Is your salary sufficient for you at the end of the month? .. If the answer is yes, please tell us how so we can do it, and if it is not enough for you, I would like you to explain to us how you reach the end of the month.” He pointed out that “corruption has spread in the joints of government institutions terrifyingly and frighteningly.” Al-Nasser addressed his words to several ministries and ministers, where he asked the Minister of Justice: “Show me any citizen who gets his right,” and to the Minister of Higher Education, saying, “What is happening in Syrian universities of corruption needs to be stopped by,” and to the Ministry of Local Administration by saying, “The administrative units have become County for the mayor and technical office.” In his speech, he also addressed the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, saying: “Corruption is completely rampant, and what happened in Homs Governorate (the Fodder Foundation) was theft and embezzlement of billions,” adding : “peasants and farmers abandoned their farms because of improvised agricultural plans.” As for the Ministry of Water Resources, Al-Nasser addressed it by saying, “Most of the lands in Syria were dug with unlicensed wells, and they drain the water wealth, and drilling wells is done with bribes and more than fees for licensing wells.” A member of the Parliament from Homs Governorate addressed his speech to the Minister of Interior, saying: “Our youth have migrated legally or illegally, dying in the forests of Eastern Europe, and sleeping in the streets of the Gulf countries, and they are missing in Erbil and Iraq.” He wished the Minister of Interior to visit Homs Governorate (area Al-Qusayr) to see the security chaos in the border villages, murders, thefts, and illegal cars. He wondered at the same time: “Has the passport become a dream for the citizen, and is the ministry unable to print passports, or is this lack of passports intends to limit immigration? Be honest with the citizens and with us.” Parliament member Nasser Al-Nasser concluded his speech by noting that the government had failed to improve the living situation of the citizen, calling on it to stop experimenting with the citizen. He added: I am aware of the size of the sanctions and the siege on my country, but this does not justify all this failure of the government in performing its work and tasks, calling on Prime Minister Hussein Arnous “to think seriously to submit his resignation and give the opportunity to those who can provide assistance to this steadfast and patient people,” According to Al-Nasser’s intervention, he posted on his Facebook page.
